What are some ways to avoid junk?
I think your fridge should always be occupied with healthy food, don't bring junk food home in the first place! One thing I tell my daughters is whenever they are hungry in between meals, just have some fruit! Remember to eat homemade food whenever possible and when you eat out, don't order sodas. Please don't starve yourself!!
What are some healthy school lunch ideas?
For snack time, I give my daughters milk and fruit, or sometimes a bag of nuts. For lunch, whole wheat wraps with grilled chicken (not fried) and some fresh veggies. Homemade food is the way to go!
